Welcome to the Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council's Website!
The BYNC offers programs and services to improve the quality of life for area residents including tutoring, computer classes, and mexican folkloric dance for children and youth; a free shuttle bus service and home repair program for senior citizens; GED and Computer classes for all adult residents. The BYNC also serves those in need through advocacy and referral.
The BYNC is also a leading economic development organization and assists area industrial companies and retail businesses through SSA programs.
